Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND CONDITIONS

  • Firstly, it will only be accepted if you receive wrong item.

  • Secondly, It will be accepted if you receive wrong size other than you ordered.

  • Thirdly, it will accepted if you receive damaged item.

  • However, If customer ordered the wrong size then there will NOT be any return acceptable.

  • Moreover, Return is NOT accepted for change of mind or item not fit terms (We will send the size you asked for, Size Chart is also given so order right size before you order.

  • Furthermore, If return accepted Customer have to pay return postage cost. We will not pay for return postage at any cost.

  • There is NO Return / Exchange / Refund for Custom Design or Custom Size Items.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

To return an item, please read the return conditions given above if your item have any of the given condition then email customer service at [email protected] or [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and Return Address. When you receives a RMA number and return address, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and post your return to the given address sent you by us. If you have asked for the exchange then mention or tell us the new size you want for the item.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a track-able method to mail your return.

REFUND PROCESS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return & refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company or your PayPal Account. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS  

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

        A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $1,000.00.
  •        Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/refund/exchange.
